Contrary to appearances, the book is the easiest to sell over the internet, but we’ll mention this later in the text.
If the gift is not directly received, but we obtain it from a third party or we find it under a Christmas tree – we should call and thank the person who gave us the gift. They should ask if we liked the gift. Then, there is no way out – it’s worth being honest. The person who bought the gift can return or exchange it for another. So let’s just let them know we appreciate the gesture, but we’ll be happy with something different.

Today, in every shop, we have the opportunity to return the goods or exchange them for another. Many people use this opportunity. So if a gift is not what we desire, we can exchange it for another. For this, you need a receipt. You should ask the recipient. We should remember this when giving presents to others as well. You can attach a receipt immediately – and today it is easy to see how much something costs. Let’s not make this secret, and do not put the weight of unwanted gifts on other, and others will follow the same path.

A gift that has not stolen our heart can be given to someone else. It is important not to give it to the same person as the one from whom we received it. Of course, it is also important that this time it will be desirable by someone. Let’s think who the thing would be useful to, who will have more joy than us. When thinking about next birthdays or holidays, it is a good idea to inform loved ones in advance about what gifts you wish for. It’s not easy, but it’s worth a try. You can tell your partner that if someone asks you what you buy, they should tell you what you want.
You can also have the courage to sit at the table and mention that you are thankful for this year’s gifts, but next year you will be more pleased with gift vouchers to stores rather than specific products. Some will feel hurt, others will – remember and follow the instructions. It is worth a try!
